The story behind it
Jahnke Fachkräftevermittlung GmbH is the realisation of an idea that occupied its two founders, Manuel Jahnke and Schoch Kudratov, back during their studies.
How can Uzbekistan's extraordinary potential be combined with Germany's need for skilled workers? A country with a young, qualified and highly motivated population that wants to achieve something. What was once an idea is today a company.
Manuel Jahnke, a political scientist from Germany, brings a deep understanding of German companies, markets and reliability. Schoch Kudratov is a member of parliament, an emerging politician and currently a student at Harvard Business School. He opens doors in Uzbekistan and knows the people we place.
Behind every placement is a person with a story, a family and a dream. That is why we personally support both sides — until a placement becomes a lasting success story.
