Apprenticeship vacancy open for months?

Your apprenticeship stays empty. We fill it.

Young people from Uzbekistan who chose this path and worked towards it for months.

  • German learned before arrival
  • Internships or completed training
  • ILO-compliant

Why they come

They want this. And it shows.

Every year around 500,000 young people in Uzbekistan start their working lives – more than the domestic labour market can absorb. Those who want to get somewhere look for their chance where it is offered.

By the time someone sits in front of you, they have chosen Germany, learned German and worked towards this place for months. The apprenticeship is not an interim step for them, it is the goal.

Who comes

Not everyone alike. But everyone prepared.

The profiles differ, and we tell you that up front. Every profile states what the candidate has learned, where they have worked and how good their German is. No window dressing.

Some are already trained.

A completed qualification at home – often in the very trade they are applying for here.

Others come from school.

Fresh, but not from scratch: internships in the field before they apply.

German comes first.

Language and technical preparation happen before arrival – not after.

Shift work is factored in.

Early, late, Saturdays. Someone who moves abroad for a qualification brings different expectations.

What you get out of it

You train them. But not from scratch.

You shape your own next generation.

To your standards, in your processes – on a foundation that is already there.

You fill places that would stay empty.

Instead of a third unsuccessful job ad, an apprentice who starts in the summer.

We guide the whole way.

Visa, recognition, vocational school, authorities. You take care of the training, we take care of the rest.

Honest answers

Questions we hear often.

F:“Why do another apprenticeship if they already learned the trade?”
A: That applies to the share of applicants who already hold a qualification – and it is usually not recognised in Germany. For you it means an apprentice who already has the basics.
F:“How do I know what a candidate can actually do?”
A: It is in the profile: qualification or none, which internships, what language level. We do not sell you an experienced worker where there is none.
F:“We run shifts. Is that an issue?”
A: We clarify working hours before the first proposal. Anyone applying to you knows the conditions and has accepted them.

The first step costs you 30 minutes.

No sales pitch. We listen and tell you honestly whether and how we can help. If we cannot, we say that too.
