Privacy

We process personal data exclusively within the scope of legal requirements (GDPR). Information submitted via the contact form is used solely to handle your request.

Controller: Jahnke Fachkräftevermittlung GmbH, Königstr. 56, 42929 Wermelskirchen · info@jahnke-fv.de

Applicant data and sharing with employers: When you apply to us – via the applicant form on this website, a personal application link or a link provided by a partner – we process the details you provide for the purpose of job placement. This includes in particular name, contact details, date of birth, nationality, place of residence, information on language skills, qualifications, education and work experience, residence and visa status, as well as documents you upload (e.g. CV, references, language certificates, passport) and, if you provide it, a photo. With your explicit consent, we share this information and these documents with potential employers in Germany in order to place you in a suitable position. Recipients are exclusively companies that may be considered as employers for you. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future – informally by email to info@jahnke-fv.de. Your data is stored for up to 12 months after the last contact or until your withdrawal and is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply. Providing the data is voluntary; however, without the required information placement is not possible.

AI-assisted processing: To support our placement work, our internal system uses AI services provided by Anthropic PBC (USA) – to check your application documents for completeness and usability, to assess whether your application photo is suitable for your profile, to prepare official application forms (drafts) and to help interpret correspondence from authorities. Applicant data, including uploaded documents, may be processed in this context. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Anthropic; transfers to the USA are safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses, and Anthropic does not use the data to train AI models. All decisions about your application and placement are made by a human being – no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

Communication via Telegram: Applicants may voluntarily communicate with us and submit documents via the Telegram messenger. Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) processes your message and connection data under its own responsibility and privacy policy. Use is optional – you can always reach us by email or via the form on this website. Content you send us via Telegram is added to your application file (legal basis: your consent or the initiation of the placement relationship, Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Hosting and technical infrastructure: This website and our systems run on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) and on our own hardware in Germany; a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Hetzner. When you visit the website, technically necessary server logs are generated (including IP address, time, page accessed), stored briefly to ensure operation and analyse errors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For secured connections between our systems we use tunnelling services of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) as a processor; transmission is transport-encrypted throughout and safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses. Backups of our systems are stored encrypted on servers in Germany.

Your rights: You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent you have given with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@jahnke-fv.de is sufficient.

Web analytics (Umami): This website uses Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool – no cookies, no IP storage and no cross-site tracking. No consent is required; data is processed on our own server (analytics.damntools.de).

Lead list / informational emails: When you request our guide or sign up for information, we process your email address, optionally your name and company, the time of sign-up, your IP address at sign-up and your confirmation status. Sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure: after registering you receive an email with a confirmation link, and only after clicking it is your address added and the requested information sent. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time – informally by email to info@jahnke-fv.de or via the unsubscribe link in every email. Your data is stored until you withdraw.

Email delivery (Amazon SES): For the technical delivery of our emails (sign-up confirmation, informational and follow-up emails) we use Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) provided by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. Delivery runs via the AWS data centre in the EU region Stockholm (eu-north-1). The email address as well as the subject and content of each message are processed. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with AWS; any transfer to third countries is safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses.
