Manuel Jahnke
Managing Director
Manuel Jahnke is a political scientist with international experience, including work abroad for the Sparkassenstiftung. As Managing Director he leads strategy, partnerships and the relationships with our partner companies in Germany – with the goal of making recruitment reliable and fair for both sides.
Schoch Kudratov
Co-Founder
Schoch Kudratov is a Member of Parliament and emerging politician in Uzbekistan. He studied in Edinburgh and at the European University Viadrina, is currently studying at Harvard and previously worked at Uzbekistan's Ministry for Innovative Development in Samarkand. He knows the people, universities and authorities on the ground and is our anchor in Uzbekistan – from the careful selection of candidates to their preparation for Germany.
André Schwitalla
Project Coordinator DE/UZB
André Schwitalla brings a background in Asian, economic and health sciences and coordinates the projects between Germany and Uzbekistan. He makes sure that needs, requirements and people match – and accompanies the process from the first enquiry to the arrival of the skilled workers.
